Now that we're a few weeks away from the start of spring--at least according to the calendar--it can be told: even by Los Angeles standards, we haven't had much of a winter. It's been pretty dry for what's supposed to be our rainy season, and not very cold--not that it's ever truly
cold this close to the coast, but we've had days at a time where temperatures have hit the 80s. It always feels a bit unfair to complain about our climate when so much of the country gets snowbound...but this is
supposed to be sweaters-and-boots time! Global warming? Yeah, it might be a thing.
