A Kwik-E trip, or Spring(field) Comes to Burbank

We made the pilgrimage on July 4. We'll be going back next weekend after the kids get back from another week at Grandma's.

I took pictures of things all over the store, including the pink-frosted donuts, the Geezer Freezer, and various signs, but these are a few of the ones we e-mailed to some friends and family.

We've arrived! We were there around 9:30 in the morning; we heard there were lines all over the parking lot later that day.

Wouldn't you expect to find those two on the roof?

Tall Paul's movie-memorabilia collection now includes a can of Buzz Cola, a Squishee cup, and a Radioactive Man comic still in the plastic wrapper.

And he really wants one of these shirts - coming soon to an eBay near you!

Is this the culprit? Actually, we heard the graffiti was actually done by some of the artists who work on the show (one perk to living around L.A., I guess)

Meet my husband, the thinner, smarter, better-looking, slightly more socially-adept twin brother of Comic Book Guy.

BookBlips: vote it up!

Excellent! I'm envious.
